Notes on cricketers subs and match day fees options
This year we will not be collecting any cash on match days. All match day fees will be collected either in advance with the £350 option, or during the season by direct debit.
The club uses the Stripe secure payment system, so if you have selected to pay 100% of your subs today you will be forwarded to the Stripe payment system to collect your subs when you complete this form.
If you have not selected to pay all your subs and match day fees in advance, the first male cricketer £350 option, you will have to provide your credit card details to allow us to set you up in the Stripe direct debit system.
We intend to run the Stripe collection routine on the following dates:-
3rd June 2018
15th July 2018 and
2nd September 2018
A further run may be made in October if anything is still outstanding.
If you have reservations about entering your card details on this form for the direct debit collections, please leave off the card expiry date and the 3 digit security number. We will then contact you by phone and collect these details from you.
Be aware, if you have selected the pay £200 now and pay match fees by direct debits, you will be asked for your card details twice, first on this form for the match day fees collection and again on the Stripe collection page when you pay the £200.
If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to pay through Stripe, by special arrangement with Steve Selwood, you can pay the £350 by a debit card through the PDQ system or in cash, in the club house.
We have tried to make these notes comprehensive. But, if you have any questions, please direct these to Steve Selwood, Steve Lyall, Ed Skilbeck or Keith Yearley directly or by email to email@example.com.
We have limited administrative resources, and in the event of default with the Stripe direct debit collection we will call once to collect the outstanding amount and then pass collection to an external agency (which will incur additional collection fees). So, if you foresee any collection problem, please contact Ed Skilbeck or Keith Yearley in advance of the problem.
